Most people use tea tree oil as an antiseptic, antimicrobial or anti fungal. It is great for acne, athlete’s foot and dandruff! *do not diffuse around small children or animals
How to use: add a few drops to your jewelry diffuser, your room diffuser, your palm to “huff” the smell, or even roll a drop or two directly on your skin. (depending on your personal skin sensitivity of course!) Studies have shown that essential oils may help with moods, sleep, anxiety, aches and pains, inflammation, headaches, and nausea.
