Patchouli has a very distinct smoky, earthy aroma, and is often associated with “hippies”. It is known to improve both mood and focus.
How to use: add a few drops to your jewelry diffuser, your room diffuser, your palm to “huff” the smell, or even roll a drop or two directly on your skin. (depending on your personal skin sensitivity of course!) Studies have shown that essential oils may help with moods, sleep, anxiety, aches and pains, inflammation, headaches, and nausea.
